Justin Sage-Passant is a Registered Psychotherapist with experience in family and individual counseling, case management and group facilitation with young people and the adults who live and work with them. He is originally from the UK, where he worked as a Counselor with youth with addiction and substance use challenges. Since 2007 he has been living in Toronto, Canada and has been working with youth experiencing homelessness, or at risk of homelessness, and their families.
Natalie Zoltak is a Registered Social Worker and has been working as a Family Intervention Counsellor with the Family Reconnect Program since June 2014. She is energized and inspired by the resiliency of young people and their families, and feels privileged that families choose to share their stories with her and include her in their journeys. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Child, Youth and Family Studies from the University of Guelph, a Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto, and is currently working towards completing a Couples and Family Therapy certificate program at the University of Guelph.
