As an NYC native she is hardworking, enthusiastic, and passionate about using art as a form of release and peace. Shianne is driven to help stop youth homelessness and is a firm believer in giving power in the hands of young people with the right support and care. Before joining the Point Source Youth Team she worked at the University of Rochester providing support to the LGBTQ+ Health Initiative. Shianne brings over a decade of work experience and a diverse set of skills to her role, including project management, program administration, and customer service. She is elated to bring her talents to Point Source Youth.
