Jane Moretta-Miller

Associate Director, Technical Assistance

Jane Moretta-Miller (she/her) is dedicated to delivering community-centered solutions for the social and systemic disparities which perpetuate injustice by promoting the leadership of those closest to the problem. Jane believes that advancing equity and empowerment through policy and programmatic design is essential to drive effective change. Growing up in the gentrified Mission district of San Francisco taught Jane from a young age about the importance of community in overcoming hardship especially as it relates to housing insecurity and instability. After graduating with a double major in Political Science and Social work from Skidmore College, Jane moved to Buenos Aires to work in the urban programming department of Habitat for Humanity Argentina. After bearing witness to the complexities of housing in this environment, Jane was able to pursue her Masters of Social Work from Columbia University, and then continue on to work for the Housing and Urban Development Department as a consultant on homelessness. Jane is overjoyed to be contributing to, and learning from the PSY team.
