Meet the 2022 Awardees for our QTBIPOC Community Fund Grants!

WHO IS THIS FOR?

The Point Source Youth QTBIPOC Community Fund seeks QTBIPOC (Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and HIV-focused grassroots leaders dedicated to building innovative, youth-driven services like direct cash transfers and rapid re-housing that work to end the youth homelessness crisis.

If your advocacy is centered on the belief that housing is healthcare, and that youth leadership is essential to ending the youth homelessness crisis — this initiative is for you!

ABOUT THE INITIATIVE

Currently funded by ViiV Healthcare and managed by Point Source Youth (PSY), the PSY QTBIPOC Community Fund will provide advocacy grants of up to $10,000 per year to 15 communities. The fund is focused on supporting QTBIPOC and HIV-focused grassroots organizations across the country to create interventions like direct cash transfers.

The PSY QTBIPOC Community Fund amplifies the local work of grassroots leaders and organizations to create a broad, national movement for new, significant and innovative  funding. Through the PSY QTBIPOC Community Fund we will work with local advocates to replicate and enhance this work in 30 local communities over the next three years.

The selected communities will receive robust advocacy training, technical assistance, and access to Point Source Youth's communications platforms to ensure they gain access to available funding and guarantee that QTBIPOC young people who are unstably housed are linked to stable housing and care.
