Kiana Daniels

Director of Operations

Kiana is deeply committed to creating opportunities for youth and serving underserved communities. As the Director of Operations, she provides strategic leadership to improve processes, support organizational growth, and enhance the impact of programs that expand access and improve outcomes for ending youth homelessness. With a decade of project management experience, she’s successfully led large-scale initiatives, guided cross-functional teams, and implemented solutions that strengthened organizational operations. Kiana holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in English and a master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in Education. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and teaching Zumba.
